If this is your first time owning a safety razor, read the few pointers below to ensure that your safety razor handle lasts:

- Our research shows that most men shave about 3 times a week. With their low cost, double-edge blades should be replaced at least once per week.

- Don't leave the blade in the handle for an extended period of time. Always clean out and air out your blade, if you're not ready to replace it yet. While our handles are designed to be corrosion resistant, how your blade behaves will depend on the brand.
